Science with Matthew is a cable television show produced by the Chelmsford Public Schools in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Four new episodes of Science with Matthew are in the works showcasing the elementary and middle school science fairs. The host is Dr. Matthew Beyranevand, the Department Coordinator of Mathematics and Science for the Chelmsford Public Schools. Science with Matthew will give parents, students, and the community a look at the Byam Elementary, Center Elementary, South Row Elementary, and McCarthy Middle School science fairs.
Dr. Frank Tiano, Superintendent of Schools, made the announcement about Science with Matthew earlier this week. "Dr. Beyranevand planned Science with Matthew to give our community a look at the district science fairs,” said Tiano. “With all of the good work happening in our schools, we find that our television shows are an excellent venue to showcase our schools. The district science fairs are no different, deserving of their own show to inform our school community.”
Science with Matthew will join the current lineup of educational cable shows that give viewers a look inside the Chelmsford Schools on Inside CPS, along with Math with Matthew, Walking thru Wellness, Spotlight on Fine Arts, and the Lions Pride. CPS programming can be seen on the educational channel (CTM-ED). Tune into Chelmsford Comcast 22 and Verizon 36 for show times.
