On January 11th, 50 students represented Chelmsford High School at the Massachusetts DECA District V Conference held at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Over 800 students represented 8 local schools at the largest and most competitive District Competition to date.  DECA is the nation’s oldest organization dedicated to preparing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for college and careers.  Students were evaluated based upon their performance on written exams, situation based role plays with local business people serving as judges, and presentations of previously prepared written projects.  22 students have advanced to represent Chelmsford High School at the Massachusetts DECA State Career Development Conference in Boston March 9-11.
